We are pleased to inform you that our company successfully obtained the MSZ EN ISO 3834-2:2021 certificate certified by TÜV Rheinland InterCert Kft. on 06.11.2023. With this, we proved that we fulfill the full quality management requirements related to welding according to MSZ EN ISO 3834-2:2021.

We participated in the tender announced in the 2021 round of the Hungarian Multi Program, during which we won the grant. We attended the certificate ceremony of these enterprises on the 12th of October.

We received the Ipar4.0 Gold certification in a priority project for digital and automation developments. We also successfully completed the LEAN production management and project and change management workshops. Facilitating automated production, we already manufacture with our automated warehouse system, automated laser machine, robot welder, database-based programming, and visual component tracking and management system.

Our team attended the Rollout presentation of the BME Formula Racing Team, at Hungaroring. Our company has been supporting the work of young students with laser-cut and bent parts since 2018.

This automatic warehouse system, automates the laser cutting process in 100%. It also supplies the machine with raw material and stores / pallets cut parts.

We have started our plant expansion in 2019. By now, we can meet our costumers requirements in 3000 square meters. We are very pleased and proud to tell you about our developments and changes at our site of Szeged. We have purchased some new machines, rearranged our ones, we made some organizational developments and also modernized the office.

We installed our overhead crane in this week. It will make it possible to move larger loads during internal material handling and also makes loading and unloading the consignments of our customers and subcontractors easier.

Our new lasercutting machine has arrived in this month, therefore our production capacity became twice bigger than before.

Our fellow workers were in Italy at Salvagnini where an automatic storage and an office software package were purchased.

Our lasercutting company will be 2 times bigger than the current firm, so from now on, we can satisfy our customer’s needs on 3 000 square meter. Thanks to the expansion production capacity will increase as well as we purchased more and modern machines to continue our qualitative lasercutting.

We produced a 12,5 x 2 x 2m overall dimensioned, 2750 kg bare weighted, 9800 kg used at sea oil drilling container. This barred holding device is suitable for reception of industrial hosepipe.

Our new product is the wiring loom which was made with 3D printing. It organizes and leads the cables thereby it increase the transparency. You don’t have to worry about the mixed cables any more. The number of the inserted cables depends on the thickness of them.
